Handmade-to-order pieces typically require 5–7 business days before dispatch. Standard international delivery is usually 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. Tracking is emailed when the parcel ships.

Eligible, unused standard items can be submitted for return within 14 days of delivery. We do not currently offer direct size exchanges; after an approved return, place a new order in the preferred size. Customized, personalized and final-sale items may not be eligible.

Keep the bracelet dry and away from perfume, lotions, household chemicals and prolonged sunlight. Remove it before bathing, swimming, sleeping or strenuous exercise. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store separately when not worn.
