From preparing the cord and balancing each detail to securing the final knot, every piece is made with patience. Small variations are a natural signature of handcraft.

Most bracelets are handcrafted after you order. Please allow 5–7 business days for making and preparation before dispatch, unless the product page states otherwise. Personalized or custom pieces may need additional time; we will confirm the timeline before production. Making time is separate from shipping time.
How do I choose my wrist size?
Wrap a flexible measuring tape snugly around the narrowest part of your wrist. If you do not have one, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler. Compare that measurement with the Wrist Size Guide on the product page. If you are between sizes, choose the larger option or contact us before ordering, as fit ranges vary by design.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. Standard delivery is usually 7–15 business days after dispatch. Destination availability can change, and duties or import taxes may be charged by local authorities. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will email a tracking number or link. Tracking can take several business days to become active, and updates may pause while an international parcel moves between carriers.
Can I exchange the bracelet if it does not fit?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges for sizing or change of mind. An eligible standard bracelet may be returned after approval if you contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery and it is unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging; you can then place a new order. Personalized or custom pieces are normally not eligible once approved or in production. Please review our Refund Policy before returning an item.
What do the symbols and colors mean?
Our symbols and colors draw on Chinese cultural traditions. Red commonly represents joy, celebration and good wishes; gold is often associated with prosperity and celebration, while zodiac animals, the Five Elements, lion dance motifs and the 24 Solar Terms each carry their own context. The product page and included meaning card explain the inspiration for your piece. These meanings are cultural symbolism, not promises of a specific outcome.
